Coil-Sert® Electric Power Inserting Tool is where electric power is preferred over air. It is also a alternative to hand installation where increased production is required used for tanged inserts and Tangless® inserts.
- Tool automatically reverses itself when it reaches a preset torque
- Installation depth stop is easily set by simple adjustment of a set screw
- Knurled control sleeve is rotated quick and easy to set required torque from 0.5 to 4.5 inch-lbs.
- Transformer plugs into any standard 110 VAC outlet
- UL Listed 1000 RPM at 30VDC: 670 RPM at 30VDC.
- Inserts will lead itself into the hole, operator force is not required.
- Ideal for clean room application needs. No compressed air to operate.
- A separate override forward and reverse control is mounted at the top of the tool for easy operation.
- Excellent for reaching tapped holes in constricted areas
